By opting in to receive SMS messages from Dr. Lili Tayari’s Office (Tayari Dental, LLC) (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms:
1. SMS Messaging Service
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages for appointment reminders, scheduling updates, marketing messages, and general two-way communication. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for support or STOP to opt out.
2. Message Frequency
You may receive up to four (4) messages per month, depending on your appointment schedule, communication preferences, and participation in promotions.
